WHAT IS TITP?

The Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) is a program approved by the governments of India and Japan allowing Indian candidates to acquire and master the skills of the Japanese industries and professions under the employment relationship for a certain period of time (1 year to 5 years maximum) through On the Job Training (OJT) in Japan.

Japan, today, faces a shortage of workforce as a majority of the population has an average age of above 48 years. In order to meet his challenge, the Japanese government introduced the TITP program which aims at hiring foreign trainees to fill these vacant jobs on 3 to 5 years VISA. Presently over 2.5 lakhs overseas trainees from countries such as China, Thailand & Vietnam are working in JAPAN.

200+ candidates from India are already working in Japan under TITP.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Nursing Caregiver is the highest in demand category under TITP.

JAPAN needs 3 lakhs of Care Workers by 2025.

Nursing Caregiver is a category where candidates will learn the advanced skills of caregiving while working as an intern in Japanese Companies for a period of 3 – 5 years in JAPAN.

They shall be deployed for caregiving to elderly and aging citizens of JAPAN and shall be primarily engaged in physical care which includes care for:

  • Preliminary Health
  • Mobility
  • Meals
  • Excretion
  • Dressing and Disrobing
  • Bathing and Bodily Cleanliness

Nursing Caregiver is expected to manage and perform related and associated work while practicing above mentioned job roles for the elderly people, which may or may not be in form of physical care. Nursing Caregiver is also expected to keep records and manage bulletin boards while performing their Job Roles.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Age: 18 to 30 years’ old
  • Qualification: Min. 12th Pass
  • Any Nursing certificate like ANM/GNM/BSC/POST BSC
  • Domain Experience Min. 6 months
  • Disciplined, Soft Spoken, well behaved
  • Willingness to learn A Japanese language

PROCESS STEPS:

1.Selection of candidates based on eligibility criteria of TITP

2.Japanese language and cultural training – (N5 & N4 Level) (6 to 8 months)

3.Interviews with Japanese Employer

4.All documentation, VISA Processing, Government approvals, etc. (3 to 4 months)

5.Fly to Japan.
