First, an aspirant needs to check if the qualification before MBBS meets the expectation of a German university. He/she can opt for the course not listed in the choice of course. 

Secondly, he/she needs to find a university of choice which makes the student prepare for the course. There are many universities offering the Studienkolleg in Germany. A student must find a Studienkolleg and course. 

Thirdly, a student must have the required documents such as a school leaving certificate, previous grades, curriculum list, language proficiency, and copies of basic documents. 

And then, give the entrance exam for Studienkolleg and get the German visa. One must keep in mind that he/she should have at least a B1 or B2 level of German language proficiency in order to get into a Studienkolleg.
